Aliens exist, but Humanity is not ready

In early December of 2020, the former space security chief of Israel, Haim Eshed, claims that the United States and Israel have been in contact with a group of aliens, not immigrants but extraterrestrials, for years now. There is an alleged underground base on Mars where the group of humans and aliens meet to discuss unknown matters. “There is an agreement between the U.S. government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here [on Mars],” he said. The union between the two was proclaimed as the “galactic federation.” This news first came out in a promotional interview in Hebrew for Esheds new book “The Universe Beyond the Horizon — Conversations with Professor Haim Eshed,” which was translated to English, originally on “the Jerusalem Post,” where the ideals then went viral on social media and other news sources. While this doesn’t automatically debunk his claims, it does make you question his motives for uncovering the secrets that he did. He might have been attempting to unveil the truth, or just trying to boost his book sales. “They have been waiting until today for humanity to develop and reach a stage where we will understand, in general, what space and spaceships are,” Eshed claims in his interview. President Trump was also involved in this alliance according to Him Eshed. If this is true, it would go along with the creation of the fifth branch of the military—The Space Force—by Trump just a year before this article was written. There have been numerous news articles about Trump that had turned out to be fake news like the rumor he was planning an invasion of Mexico or that he was going to “rename black history month.” As a result, it would not be a big surprise if this was one of them. Until there is any evidence proving any of these claims, it will remain yet another misleading fake news article. However, it would make for a great plot to a SYFY movie.

The Universe Beyond the Horizon: Conversations with Professor Haim Eshed is a book written by Hagar Yanai about his UFO conspiracy theory.

There were also articles about this news on FoxNews and NBCNews, which are widely trusted sources for most. Most of the websites that a simple google search of “the galactic federation” brings up are written by authors who are shocked by Esheds’ claims. At around the same time, there have been other former government officials who brought up similar ideas. All of these cases sounded very confident and most claims were made by highly respected senior former government officials, but there has been no definitive evidence to go along with these claims. Another assertion was made in a documentary that came out in October of 2020 called “The Phenomenon.” Former Senator Harry Reid explains how the U.S. government has been concealing information about UFOs for years now. “Why the federal government all these years has covered up, put brake pads on everything, stopped it, I think it’s very, very bad for our country,” Reid confirms during an interview in the film. According to an article written by Adela Suliman and Paul Goldman on NBC News titled “Former Israeli space security chief says extraterrestrials exist, and Trump knows about it,” Eshed also alleges that Trump was close to revealing further information but was asked not to by the “galactic federation” with intent to prevent “mass hysteria.”

The navy released a video showing this video taken by a fighter jet back in 2005 of an unidentified flying object.

As the age of technological advancement gives way to all kinds of social media, information spreads like wildfire. It’s difficult to determine what is and isn’t the truth as news circulates through different platforms, where most of the time the story changes along the way. Fake news is a major obstacle for anyone searching for the truth, whether it’s about politicians or simply a bad review on yelp that drove somebody away from a potentially good meal. It becomes increasingly important to be able to distinguish fake news from real stories because social media on the internet is only evolving.
